This website gives general information about Clause & Effect and our services. It is intended for businesses. It does not provide legal, financial or estate-planning advice.
You may use it for lawful purposes. Please do not misuse the site, try to gain unauthorised access or introduce harmful code. You are responsible for protecting your own devices and connection.
We may change the content or these terms from time to time. We take reasonable care with the site, but do not promise it will always be available, up to date or error-free. We may suspend or withdraw it where reasonably necessary.
§3 The 30-consultation guarantee
Our offer is: “30 will and estate-planning consultations in 90 days. Or we keep working for free.”
What counts
the person making the will (not a relative booking on their behalf), with a home or assets to plan for, inside your area or happy to meet by video, who attends the consultation. No-shows are replaced, not counted.
Your side of the deal
keep consultation slots open, keep the ad budget running on your own Meta account, follow up booked clients within one working day, and mark each consultation as attended or missed.
The guarantee
if we don't reach 30 attended consultations in 90 days, we keep working, with no further fee, until we do. The 90 days start when the ads go live.
Full terms are set out in each client's agreement. That agreement sets out the services and the conditions that apply to the guarantee.
§4 Intellectual property
The site's content belongs to South West Leads Ltd. Our rights include the website copy, design and original materials. Third-party fonts and software remain subject to their owners' licences.
You may view, download or print pages for your own internal business use. You must keep any ownership notices. Please ask for written permission before reproducing, adapting or distributing our content for other purposes.
§5 Liability
Please use your own judgement before relying on general information on this website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any other limit applies only where it is lawful and reasonable. Liability for our paid services is addressed in your client agreement.
